OKLAHOMA CITY-An Oklahoma City family was desperately searching for their lost pet.

Pac-Man is not a playful puppy or a cuddly kitten he is a 100 plus pound  Sulcata Tortoise.

The fifteen-year-old reptile was last seen at a bus stop near SE 44th and Eastern before he was reported missing.

His owner Heather Hyde said he pushed under the fence and headed  to the bus stop.

“It’s breeding season so he had one thing in mind,” Heather told KFOR.

A witness told the family Pac-Man was picked up by a person in a Nissan Pathfinder, who said they were taking him to Mustang.

Pac-Man and his family have been through a lot together. They survived a house fire and rode out a  tornado together.

The family was worried he may be in the hands of someone who doesn’t understand his special needs, but those worries were washed away on Wednesday.

A passerby reportedly found the tortoise near NW 28th and May.

Now, Pac-Man and his family can live happily ever after.
