ALVA, Okla. — If you’re looking for some fall fun, a hay maze is a great option! There happens to be an impressive one at The Menagerie in Alva, Okla.

The hay maze off Highway 64 is composed of 890 bales of hay, equaling 1,070,000 pounds!

The maze is one-third of a mile long if you get it right the first time. But if you take all the wrong turns, you could end up walking one and a quarter miles from start to finish.

The Menagerie says they also have hours for a flashlight maze if you want to walk through the maze at night.

Along with the hay maze, there will be a petting zoo, camel and longhorn rides, a Sweets & Eats food truck, and more.

The Menagerie petting zoo will be open Saturday from 10 a.m.-4 p.m., and Sunday from 2-5 p.m.

The maze schedule is different, but the hours are typically from 6 p.m. to 10 p.m.
