Oklahoma man accused of raping 13-year-old girl

WATONGA, Okla. – An Oklahoma man is accused of raping a 13-year-old girl.

While at church camp, the teenage girl told a pastor that she had been molested, the Enid News and Eagle reports.

When a Department of Human Services representative interviewed the victim, she reportedly said that Daniel Bernal-Duenas has molested her on several occasions.

Police have since issued a warrant for Bernal-Duenas’ arrest.

He is facing charges for two felony counts of first-degree rape.

Bernal-Duenas’ wife is also facing charges.

According to the Enid News and Eagle, Dorothy Bernal-Duenas reportedly knew about the alleged abuse and allowed it to happen.

She is facing a charge for one felony count of enabling child abuse by allowing such acts to take place against the girl in her home.
