Oklahoma man arrested after allegedly pointing toy gun at drivers

TULSA, Okla. – A Tulsa man is behind bars after allegedly pointing a toy gun at a driver on Saturday.

According to KTUL, witnesses told officers that a man, who was identified as 36-year-old Michael Carter, was pointing a gun at them as they drove in the 7000 block of N. Peoria Ave.

When police found Carter, he allegedly put a plastic M-16 style toy gun, a plastic handgun and a black plastic knife on the ground.

Carter was arrested on four counts of assault with a deadly weapon.
