DUNCAN, Okla. – An Oklahoma man is behind bars after allegedly attacking another man over a t-shirt.
According to KSWO, 20-year-old K’Juan Martin allegedly confronted a victim wearing a t-shirt that belonged to him.
The victim told police that he thought Martin had a weapon and told him that if he did, ‘he’d better use it.’
Official say that is when Martin allegedly pulled out a knife and stabbed the victim in the chest.
Authorities say Martin then jumped in a vehicle and fled the scene. Police also allege the crime occurred in the presence of a child because a child was inside the vehicle at the time of the alleged stabbing.
Martin was arrested the next day
