Oklahoma man arrested, facing 14 counts of sexual abuse of a child

CHOCTAW, Okla. — A man is facing 14 counts of sexual abuse of a child related to an Edmond Police Department investigation.

34-year-old Phillip Libby was stopped at the N.E. 10th and N. Indian Meridian while driving a pickup truck around 2:00 p.m Thursday.

He was booked into the Oklahoma County Jail. His bond is set at $140,000.
