Oklahoma man arrested for child pornography

ELK CITY, Okla. — A former Enid man was arrested in Elk City for Possession of Child Pornography.

Eduardo “Eddie” Villegas, 38, was arrested Tuesday morning after the Enid Police Department began an undercover online investigation into the exploitation of children. That’s when Sgt. Dustin Albright located a user who was in possession of child pornography files.

A press released states Villegas is being held without bond at the Elk City Police Department Jail, but will be taken back to Garfield County at a later time.
