CANADIAN COUNTY– An investigation began when a 23-year-old man was identified as a suspect in a drug distribution ring in Canadian County. After searching his vehicle police found 45 grams of marijuana, scales, baggies, and other paraphernalia.

Authorities took Zachary DeJulio into custody on charges of Possession of Marijuana with Intent to Distribute and Possession of Drug Paraphernalia.

At the time of DeJulio’s arrest his cell phone was collected as evidence. A forensic search resulted in the discovery of child pornography, including a video of a horrific rape.  They also found a chat conversation between DeJulio and an unknown person where he claimed to rape his 11-year-old sister.

Authorities spoke to the man’s mother and learned he had no siblings.

“Although we learned DeJulio doesn’t actually possess any sisters, the possibility that an eleven year old victim doesn’t exist hasn’t been totally ruled out,” said Chris West, Canadian County Undersheriff.

DeJulio confessed to the drug charges, possession of child pornography, and chat conversation.

He is being held at the Canadian County Jail with a bond of 25,000 dollars.
