Oklahoma officer helps kitten after daughter sees it in distress

MULDROW, Okla. – A man in blue is getting a lot of attention for his good deed to help one of the town’s littlest residents.

Assistant Chief Tim Keith was taking his daughter to school on Tuesday when she suddenly told him to stop.

The young girl spotted a kitten with its head stuck in a ravioli can.

Keith says he couldn’t tell if the cat was still breathing until he pulled the cat’s head out of the can and it quickly ran off.

The Muldrow Police Department says Keith picked the can back up to make sure no other animals ended up in the same predicament.
