Oklahoma woman facing charges after allegedly killing ex-boyfriend’s new girlfriend

A woman is facing new charges after police say she ran over and killed her ex-boyfriends current girlfriend.

TULSA, Okla. – An Oklahoma woman is behind bars after she allegedly killed her ex-boyfriend’s new girlfriend on Friday night.

According to KJRH, the victim and her boyfriend were walking on East 47th St. in Tulsa when police say 26-year-old Brittany Payne Wright drove toward them.

Investigators say Wright hit the victim, dragging her under the vehicle.

Tragically, that woman died Friday night after being taken to a hospital.

Wright was arrested for  murder and assault with a deadly weapon.

However, she is also facing an additional charge of child endangerment because her child was in the car at the time of the alleged hit-and-run.
