Organization gives Moore family keys to new home

MOORE, Okla. – One family whose home was destroyed by last May’s tornadoes is celebrating good news.

Belinda Folson, a single mother of three, received keys to a home she help build herself.

Her family is about to move into their new “Habitat for Humanity” home.

Last may, Belinda’s daughter survived the tornado by seeking shelter in their closet.

The closet was the only room left standing in their rental home.

Her two sons survived in their schools, South Moore and Plaza Towers.
