OSBI: Two teens arrested for allegedly setting fires inside high school

GUYMON, Okla. – Two teenagers were arrested for allegedly starting several fires inside their high school.

On the morning of Feb. 4, the principal of Guymon High School reported smelling a strong odor of burned wood when he walked inside the building.

According to the Oklahoma State Bureau of Investigation, he found four areas in the wood shop area where fires had been started.

Fortunately, the fires had already burned themselves out.

The OSBI opened an investigation and eventually arrested two high school students.

The students were arrested for burglary and second-degree arson.
