Overnight earthquake rattles Stillwater

STILLWATER, Okla. – Another earthquake rattled our state while you were sleeping.

Residents to the north may have been shaken awake.

According to the U.S. Geological Survey, the quake hit just after 2:30 a.m., about five miles east of Stillwater.

The 3.0-magnitude quake was a little more than three miles deep.

This is the latest earthquake in a recent swarm over the last several weeks.
