OKLAHOMA CITY – A neighborhood is watching out for thieves after several packages were stolen in broad daylight. This all happened on the 1000 block of NW 101st Street in Oklahoma City.

On Friday, Chase Henley received a notification from Amazon letting him know something he ordered had been delivered.

"So, I got home yesterday and I notice there's no package. So, I check my phone and I was like well I got the notification,” Henley said.

Luckily, he has a surveillance camera.

"I went back and looked at my security camera and it shows the gentleman walking up to the porch, taking the package and walking away,” Henley said.

Henley said this was only five minutes after the package was delivered.

"I think it can happen in any neighborhood. You just got to be prepared,” Henley said.

This isn’t the first time this has happened in his neighborhood.

"I showed the footage to my neighbor next to me. She's also had packages come up missing. Mine was an air filter for my car, I can live without that. She has diabetes. She has medication that comes up missing,” Henley said.

We don’t know if all of the incidents are connected. However, Henley is just hoping someone recognizes the man from his surveillance footage.

"With the Christmas season coming up, packages are just going to be in abundance . So, I feel like now is the best time to nip it in the bud and squash it as quick as possible,” Henley.

Henley and his neighbor both called police.
