OKLAHOMA CITY – A man and a woman were arrested after allegedly carjacking a teenager after meeting in the parking lot of an Oklahoma City motel.

On Wednesday morning, officers were called to a carjacking near S.E. 51st St. and East Ave.

According to the arrest affidavit, the victim told police that a man and a woman asked for a ride after being kicked out of their motel room.

The victim said he drove the pair to S.E. 51st St. and East Ave. and parked.

At that point, the victim said the man grabbed the keys out of the ignition and got out of the car. The victim says he was hit with something and the man jumped into the driver’s seat.

Authorities realized that they had already been called about the alleged suspects when they refused to leave the Roadway Inn earlier in the morning.

Police arrested 23-year-old Corey Tyner and 18-year-old Miranda Henson for larceny of a motor vehicle.
