Police arrest two for allegedly cooking drugs in apartment

BLACKWELL, Okla. – Authorities in Blackwell arrested two people after an alleged drug cooking operation was discovered.

On March 17, officers were called to an apartment complex to investigate the possibility of drugs after tips from residents.

Once inside, police allegedly discovered methamphetamine, drug paraphernalia and materials used to make drugs.

Authorities arrested 40-year-old Tonya Lynn Dapron and 33-year-old Daniel Loyd Dapron on charges of endeavoring to manufacture a controlled dangerous substance within 2,000 feet of a park, possession of marijuana, possession of methamphetamine, possession of imitation CDS with intent to distribute and possession of drug paraphernalia.
