Police identify victim, suspect in apparent murder-suicide

OKLAHOMA CITY – Officials have identified the two people involved in what appears to be a murder-suicide in northwest Oklahoma City.

Tuesday morning, gunfire erupted in the 3100 block of N.W. 21st.

After receiving reports of shots fired, Oklahoma City police officers rushed to the scene.

Officers arrived and discovered the bodies of Ronald Wilson, 56, and Alice Wilson, 46, in the backyard.

Police say it appears Ronald Wilson was shot to death by Alice Wilson.

After shooting Ronald Wilson, police believe Alice Wilson then turned the gun on herself.

Authorities say the two were recently divorced.
