UPDATE: 8/10/23 @ 7:52 p.m. – Oklahoma City Police Lt. Robert Allen confirmed that one woman is dead following a shooting at an apartment complex near SW 25th and Broadway.

The woman is reported to be in her early 30s but police are still working to identify her.

Allen says several people called 911 to report two or three bangs and a woman lying on the ground unresponsive.

Police are still looking from witnesses as they continue the investigation. There are no suspects at this time.

OKLAHOMA CITY (KFOR) — Oklahoma City Police are investigating a possible shooting near SW 25th and South Robinson Avenue according to a post on X, formerly known as Twitter.

Officials say no one heard a shooting, but there is a woman on the ground at the scene.

Police are searching for a possible eyewitness who dropped a bike near the scene and took off running.

Police have launched a drone to assist in the ongoing investigation.
