OKLAHOMA CITY – One man was arrested after a family argument got out of control.

Around 2:00 p.m., police say a brother and a sister started arguing in the North Village Apartments when the sister’s boyfriend, Michael Owens, got involved.

The two men then got into a physical fight, which moved from the apartment parking lot, to outside of a nearby 7-Eleven.

Police say Owens hit his girlfriend’s brother over the head with his gun.

Owens made a run for it, but was soon arrested.

Police say the man who was hit with the gun only had minor injuries and was able to go home.
