UPDATE: Bomb experts said they found several improvised explosive devices in this Edmond apartment.

EDMOND, Okla. - The bomb squad said they found small improvised explosive devices in an Edmond apartment near 2nd St. and Boulevard Thursday afternoon.

Fire crews were called to the Christopher Place apartments for a fire and said they found what they thought were possible explosive devices at 101. N. Boulevard.

Officials said they believe the person in the apartment was trying to put one of these IEDs together and that's what started the fire.

The fire is out and now officials are working with the explosive materials.

They have taken one person into custody but have not released their identity.
