CALIFORNIA – The president visited California’s Central valley Friday to talk about the water shortage.

California is living through some of the driest months on record. It’s keeping farmers up at night because some can’t even plant due to the lack of moisture.

Obama says the budget he sends to congress next month will include one-billion dollars in new funding for new technologies to help communities prepare for a changing climate and build more resilient infrastructure.
