MEMPHIS, Tenn. - A Tennessee dance coach is facing charges after allegedly having a sexual relationship with a minor and exposing him to HIV.
According to WREG, John Conner III met the 16-year-old victim on social media last year.
The pair met up and had unprotected sex several times, according to the court affidavit. However, police say Conner never told the teen that he has HIV.
Connor was arrested and charged with criminal exposure to HIV, soliciting sexual exploitation of a minor and statutory rape by an authority figure.
