Summer is a favorite season for weddings with June being the most popular month to say  “I do.”

If you struggle on what to buy the bride and groom, help is on the way.

Kiplinger just released a list of the seven “worst” wedding gifts to give to the happy couple.

Art or home decor comes in as the top gift you should avoid, unless you know the couple’s tastes really well.

Next on the list is bulky kitchen gadgets, followed by monogrammed linens.

Number four is anything related to fertility or babies.

According to Kiplinger, handmade crafts or humorous gifts are also not a good idea.

Rounding out the top seven, avoid relationship books.

Kiplinger suggests sticking to the registry.

And if you can’t afford something on your own, see if other guests want to share the cost of a gift with you.
