CLINTON, AR. — The Clinton Police Department is asking for the public’s help in finding a man who they say is mentally challenged.

28-year-old Julio Carlos Hernandez has been missing since Feb. 1  when he reportedly left the Best Western Motel in Clinton on foot.

He is described by police as standing 5 feet 6 inches tall and weighing 150 pounds, with black hair and brown eyes.

Police say Hernandez rode a bus California to Clinton to visit his daughter. According to a report, he stopped answering his cell phone on Sunday and left his belongings in his motel room.
