Runaway teen may be victim of human trafficking, Tulsa police say

TULSA, Okla. – Tulsa police say a 15-year-old boy who is believed to have run away may be the victim of human trafficking.

Kenneth Houston was last seen two weeks ago.

The Tulsa Police Department lists Houston as a “runaway and possibly endangered juvenile.”

A police spokeswoman told the Tulsa World that the teen may possibly be a human trafficking victim.

However, officials would not elaborate on why they believe that.
