Severe storm damages business in Cushing

CUSHING, Okla. – Several residents were forced to take shelter as severe storms moved through the state.

On Tuesday morning, the National Weather Service issued tornado warnings for several counties including Johnson, Murray, Pontotoc, Lincoln and Payne counties.

A storm near Cushing caused some damage to the Victory Energy facility.

According to the Cushing Citizen, the strong winds caused the facility to lose part of its roof.
