Silver alert issued for missing 54-year-old Pottawatomie County woman

POTTAWATOMIE COUNTY, Okla. – Authorities in Pottawatomie County are searching for a 54-year-old woman who was reported missing from a residential living center on Thursday.

A silver alert has been issued for 54-year-old Phyllis Rhone.

Rhone was last seen around 9 p.m. on Thursday at the Royal Residential Living Center, located south of Prague.

Officials say Rhone left the center on foot after taking medication to control schizophrenia.

Rhone is described as a black woman who was last seen wearing a black leather jacket, a brown and yellow silk shirt, brown pants and flip-flops.
