NORMAN, Okla. — The Norman Police Department is requesting assistance in locating a missing woman. Ann Shi was last seen at her home in Norman around 12:30 p.m. Tuesday.

She is believed to have left home on foot. At about 12:49 p.m., Ann was seen at a local business near S.E.12th Ave and Lindsey St. At the time, she was with an unknown male who is likely unaware that she is missing.

Ann Shi is described as a 38-year-old white female. She stands 5 feet 5 inches tall, weighs approximately 190 pounds, and has long brown hair. She was last known to be wearing a light colored sweatshirt with unknown writing on the front, dark colored pants, and dark colored tennis shoes. No vehicle descriptions are available at this time.

Ann’s family says she will likely become lost when away from home, and may not have the ability to request assistance when necessary or fully care for herself.

A Silver Alert has been issued and forwarded to the State of Oklahoma. If you have information regarding Ann’s current whereabouts or know the identity of the unknown male subject, please immediate contact the Norman Police Department at 405-321-1444.
