(CNN) — A sinkhole swallowed three cars early Thursday in a South Chicago neighborhood.

Keep your eyes on the white car, the ground gives way and it tumbles into the hole.

One person had to be pulled out of the crater in South Deering and was taken to a local hospital.

There was heavy rain and flooding in the area overnight but it’s not clear if that caused the ground to open up.
