UPDATE: After spending 524 days in the shelter, a dog in Edmond finally has a home.

EDMOND, Okla. – Employees at a local animal shelter are working tirelessly to find a home for a dog who has been in the shelter longer than most.

Edmond Animal Services says ‘Puddin’ has been in the shelter for a year and a half, waiting to find a home.

‘Puddin’ is about 4-years-old and appears to be housebroken.

Workers have reduced her adoption fee to just $15 in hopes of finding a new home for her.

According to the group’s Facebook, ‘Puddin’ will act afraid when she is in the kennel, but quickly warms up to show her playful side when she is outdoors.

Puddin is believed to be a pit bull mix.

If you have any questions, or would like to meet Puddin, you are encouraged to call Edmond Animal Services at (405) 216-7615.
