Stillwater police investigating shooting that left man in the hospital

STILLWATER, Okla. – Stillwater police officers are investigating a shooting that left one man in the hospital.

Around 7:30 p.m. on Nov. 4, police were called to reports of shots fired in the Cedar Oaks apartment complex in the 4100 block of W. 19th Ave.

When officers arrived, they found 20-year-old Darian Jamal Cyphers with multiple gunshot wounds.

Cyphers was taken to Stillwater Medical Center for initial treatment.

Police say Cyphers is in stable condition.

Investigators believe Cyphers knows the suspect who shot him.

They are still looking for the alleged shooter.
