Welcome to the Street of Dreams! As central Oklahoma’s premier luxury home tour and the only home tour event of its kind in the state, the Street of Dreams features the top home builders in the central Oklahoma region and showcases the latest home design trends and technology.

The Street of Dreams home tour will take place from October 15-30, 2016 at Black Oak at Iron Horse Ranch and is presented by Harry’s TV, Video & Appliances and James Hardie Building Products. Tickets are available for purchase online at The Street of Dreams includes seven elite home builders representing all areas of central Oklahoma. One of the elite home builders in the Street of Dreams is Avalon Signature Homes.

Established in 2001 by Tom Brumbeloe and the late Wayne Del Bosque, Avalon Custom Homes first began building custom homes in the “east area” of central Oklahoma, primarily in Choctaw. Since then, homes from Avalon Custom Homes have been popping up in every part of central Oklahoma.

Avalon Custom Homes’ approach to home building is learning about how clients live in their homes each and every day. By learning the ins and outs, Avalon Custom Homes designers, engineers, craftsmen, community managers and the owner are empowered to focus on creating the custom home of their client’s dream.

Debuting at the Street of Dreams 2016, Avalon Custom Homes will redefine a new level of luxury with its Avalon Signature Homes series.

“The Street of Dreams is the perfect opportunity to introduce our new luxury home series – Avalon Signature Homes – to the market,” said Tom. “We incorporate unique, high-end touches in our design to create a custom home that is distinctive to each one of our clients.”

Luxury awaits as you enter the Avalon Signature Homes Street of Dreams featured home with a 25-foot grand entry featuring a beautiful staircase with a detailed iron hand rail and a few special surprises. Flanking the grand entry is a formal dining room with wine bar and fully-equipped butler’s pantry and a study with a cast fireplace as the centerpiece of the room.

The main living space includes a combined kitchen, breakfast area and family room with a gorgeous fireplace. The kitchen features Wolf and Sub-Zero appliances and all-wood cabinetry. Just off the kitchen you will find the Activity Room that includes a large laundry area, desktop work space, and a gift wrapping station. The nine-foot by 17-foot bi-fold doors in the family room lead to the backyard creating a true indoor-outdoor living experience.

When you enter the master suite wing of the home, you will find the spa-like master bathroom with a glass-framed shower, large walk through his-and-hers closet, and master bedroom with bay-windows looking over the backyard oasis. The master suite also features dedicated heat, air and tank-less water heater. Also included in the master suite: the family vault. Designed to store all of your family valuables, the FEMA-certified vault will also protect your family during Oklahoma storm season. All secondary bedrooms – each with their own bathroom – are found upstairs along with the family great room ideal for entertaining and family game nights.

As you enter the backyard, a full outdoor kitchen is ready for entertaining as your family and friends enjoy the large pool featuring a tanning ledge, spa and beach entry. The garage includes built-in storage and workspace along with stair access to the attic storage space with a motorized lift.
