It's not your typical Thanksgiving Dinner.

This one, with a gourmet twist, was served up by local high school students.

At Star Spencer, culinary students have partnered with Williams Sonoma, cooking up a feast that is fit for royalty.

On the menu, apple-spiced brined turkey, Madeira-sage gravy and for dessert, pecan pumpkin butter pie.

The students prepared the meal for staff and William Sonoma representatives.

Star Spencer's Academy of Hospitality and Tourism introduces these teens to a possible future career.
