Surveillance video shows man who stole vehicle in N.W. Oklahoma City with 10-year-old asleep in back seat

OKLAHOMA CITY - Authorities have released surveillance video that shows a man stealing a vehicle in northwest Oklahoma City with a 10-year-old girl asleep in the back seat.

Around 5:45 a.m., a white male with stringy blonde hair stole a 2005 Chevy Impala from the OnCue near N.W. 10th and Portland.

A ten-year-old girl was asleep in the back seat of the car at the time.

However, she was later found at a Loves near I-40 and McLoud Rd.

Around 9:15 a.m., police said the suspect and the stolen vehicle were found in Pottawatomie County.

Police have identified the suspect as Thomas Eugene Boutwell.

He was arrested and booked into the Oklahoma County Jail.
