STILLWATER, Okla. – A suspended OSU student accused of sexual battery entered a “not guilty” plea in court Monday.

Nathan Cochran, 22, said he’s not guilty of the four counts against him.

Three men have accused him of sexually assaulting them.

The Farmhouse fraternity member is accused of molesting or trying to molest two fellow students while they slept in a dorm room.

Cochran’s attorney said his client did not assault anyone and said there are a lot of inter-relationships between some of the alleged victims in the case.
