OKLAHOMA CITY – The U.S. Supreme Court is rejecting Oklahoma’s challenge to Colorado’s marijuana laws.
Oklahoma, along with Nebraska, argued that Colorado’s law that allows recreational marijuana use by adults is spilling across the border, complicating anti-drug efforts and draining state resources.
In a 6-2 vote, the high court dismissed the case.
