OKLAHOMA CITY – Authorities are investigating a home invasion in northwest Oklahoma City that left a homeowner beaten and bruised.
It happened at around 12:15 a.m. Tuesday at a home near NW 122nd and MacArthur when a man heard his doorbell ringing.
He told police he cracked open his door and a female asked if “Tiffany” was there.
The man told her no and that’s when the female and two males pushed the door open, knocking the man to the ground.
The man told police the two males started to hit him repeatedly in the face and head with their fists.
He says at one point, one of the males put a silver handgun to his head, saying he was going to “pop” him.
The suspects told the man to take them to the money and he took them to a bedroom where the suspects took his wallet.
He then told the suspects he had to go to the bathroom where he held pressure against the door and waited for them to leave.
Five people were seen fleeing from the scene. Three of them were taken into custody.
The man was not seriously injured, sustaining scrapes and bruises.
Police have not released suspect descriptions.
