LOGAN COUNTY, Okla. – Authorities arrested a civilian employee stationed at a local Air Force base after he was accused of sexually abusing a foster child.
On Wednesday, deputies with the Logan County Sheriff’s Office arrested Ruiz John Morgan III.
Morgan is a civilian employee who is stationed at Tinker Air Force Base.
Officials say Morgan is accused of sexually assaulting his foster child in his home.
Morgan was arrested on charges of sexual abuse of a child under 12 years of age and lewd exhibition of obscene material to a child under 12 years of age.
