Custer Co., Okla. - The Custer County District Attorney is reviewing Tucker McGee's arrest affidavit before releasing it to the public.
Just yesterday the Oklahoma Bureau of Narcotics arrested the 19-year-old. He faces a murder charge n the case of missing teen JaRay Wilson.
Wilson was last seen Oct. 15, 2012.
The arrest affidavit should reveal what Tucker told investigators that eventually linked him to Wilson's disappearance.
Just 16-years-old, the teen's picture has made it's way around the U.S.
"My heart just breaks for them," said Stacey Roof. "I have children of my own, and I grew up in this town."
Roof didn't know Wilson. Still, she searched for the teen on the streets and in different towns.
"I was always looking," said Roof. "I dont think anybody has forgotten that little precious soul."
She's not alone.
"Everybody's been pulling together, looking and asking," said Langburn Fisher.
Investigators questioned hundreds of witnesses.
We won't know exactly what led to the break in this case until the Court Clerk releases Tucker's arrest documents.
"The whole town is just overwhelmed," said Roof.
Investigators with the Oklahoma Buearu of Investigations continues gathering evidence. They're looking for jewelry, clothing or anything that would help identify the skeletal reamins.
Until then, the family and the town waits.
"Absolutely," said Roof. "You dont ever want to let go."
