MUSKOGEE, Okla. (AP) – A trial date has been set for a man accused of kidnapping his stepdaughter and holding her captive for 19 years in Mexico and elsewhere while fathering her nine children.
A federal judge has scheduled a May 7 trial for 64-year-old Henri Michelle Piette, who was indicted by a grand jury in Muskogee last year for allegedly kidnapping Rosalynn Michelle McGinnis in 1995 or 1996 and traveling with the intent to have sex with her.

Piette is accused of kidnapping his stepdaughter from her school in Wagoner County, raping her since she was 10 and marrying her against her will.
Piette was found competent for trial in September.
