Eastbound I-40 back open after accident

OKLAHOMA CITY- Troopers with the Oklahoma Highway Patrol say eastbound I-40 is back open after being closed for a little over an hour Friday afternoon.

Authorities say the crash occurred near I-40 and Anderson Rd. shortly before 4:30 p.m.

Once they arrived on scene, they shut down eastbound I-40 for emergency vehicles.

The highway has been cleared and is back open at this time.
