TULSA, Okla. – A 24-year-old man was arrested after police say he was walking naked down an Oklahoma highway.

According to KOKI, 24-year-old James Jackson was found walking naked down the LL Tisdale Parkway on Sunday evening.

The bizarre scene caused several drivers to slow down and even stop on the highway to avoid a collision.

At one point, witnesses say Jackson slammed his fist on a car and attempted to open the driver’s side door of a truck.

KOKI says Jackson continued to walk down the highway and sing as a police officer arrived at the scene.

When Jackson did not obey orders to get on the ground, the officer attempted to tase him.

However, Jackson pulled the prongs out and ran away again.

A second officer was able to tase Jackson and put him in a police cruiser.

He was arrested on counts of indecent exposure, obstructing justice and burglary.

Officials say they believe Jackson may have been having a mental episode or was under the influence of drugs.
