UPDATE: Two in custody after leading deputies on high-speed chase

UPDATE: The suspects are now being identified as two white males, according to corrected report by the Oklahoma County Sheriffs office.

The suspects stopped around 25th St. and Telephone Road in Moore, where one suspect was arrested immediately.

The second suspect ran into a nearby retail store before being captured.

Two vehicles were damaged in the pursuit.

No injuries have been reported.

MOORE, Okla.  – Two men are in custody after leading deputies on a high-speed chase Saturday afternoon.

Oklahoma County Sheriff’s Public Information Officer says the chase started as a routine traffic stop at 15th and Bryant in Oklahoma City.

County Sheriff’s say they attempted to pull over two black males when they fled the scene.

The suspects were driving a white 90s Silverado.

After leading deputies on a chase for about 20 minutes, authorities were able to end the pursuit in Moore.

Authorities have not said why the two males fled the traffic stop.
