OKLAHOMA CITY, Okla. - Two killed, two others critically injured after a car crashed into a vacant building in Northwest Oklahoma City.

Victor Troung and Timothy Tran were pronounced dead at the scene.

Thomas Tran was injured along with a fourth person whose name hasn't been released yet.

Smashed bricks and broken glass mark the scene of a deadly car crash at the intersection for Northwest 23rd and Shartel.

"The whole problem is just for the lives that were lost here, I just can't get over that, I'm really upset about the whole deal," said Willis.

Ron Willis was watching NewsChannel 4 when he heard about the violent crash, realizing the building was the same one his construction business was working on.

"I kept saying I think that's the building we're working on. I watched again and sure enough it was," said Willis.

Police said the car was traveling east on 23rd when the driver lost control slamming into the building.

"It won't be too bad getting it cleaned up," said Willis.

The building is in the process of becoming a restaurant.

Willis said there will be slight delay in the construction process due to damage cleanup, a small problem compared to the tragedy that took place here.

"I just hope and pray that everything is okay with them, that they're fine and that they all survive. All we can do is just pray for the families," said Willis.

Officials are looking into the cause of the crash.
