CANADIAN COUNTY, Okla. – Two Oklahoma men were arrested after allegedly soliciting sex from a 14-year-old girl.
Stephen Noles, 35, and Muhammed Najumudeen, 23, were both arrested after deputies say they attempted to meet with an undercover deputy posing to be a 14-year-old Yukon girl.
The Canadian County Sheriff’s Office says Noles, a janitor at the Mike Monroney Aeronautical Center, friend-requested a 14-year-old girl on Facebook and not only sent her sexually explicit messages telling her he wanted to meet for sex, but also sent her a picture of an erect penis.
Authorities say Noles’ communication with the girl ranged from describing sexual fantasies he wanted to act out with her, to phone sex with the under-cover female deputy pretending to be the girl.
“What really makes me sick, is how worked up these monsters get when they’re able to talk to a real live female on the telephone,” said Randall Edwards, Canadian County Sheriff.
Noles was arrested at his work and booked into the Canadian County Jail.
He is charged with Soliciting Sex With a Minor and Lewd Acts.
Najumudeen was also arrested for his alleged actions with the undercover deputy posing to be a 14-year-old girl.
Authorities say Najumudeen, a student at the University of Central Oklahoma, responded to a non-sexual Craigslist advertisement “looking to meet new friends” listed by an undercover deputy pretending to be a 14-year-old Yukon girl.
The Canadian County Sheriff’s Office says Najumudeen’s online contact with the girl quickly migrated to cell phone texting, and then transitioned into sexually explicit language.
Najumudeen allegedly sent text messages to the young girl, telling her he was masturbating, and imaging that she was performing oral sex on him.
“We didn’t have to do any of the planning, he did it all. All we had to do was show up where he planned to meet and rape a fourteen year old girl,” said Edwards
Najumudeen was arrested and booked into the Canadian County Jail on charges of Soliciting Sex With a Minor.
“Even though we highly publicize the arrests of these predatory monsters, I’m amazed that it doesn’t seem to deter them from pursuing children to fulfill their sick fantasies,” Edwards said.
