EDMOND, Okla. – Young and old, men and women, it seemed as if everyone had their own game plan.

Tony Ludlam, who spent the couple of days on the course walking along side golfers, says he’s inspired.

“I hope to someday join them out there,” Ludlam said.

But that day is not today.

On Thursday, a police officer and a fire man had to come over to him and ice him down because he was a little too hot.

Thousands of fans are still on their feet, regardless of the heat.

Rodney and Misty Mulky say that walking is one of the best traditions.

“You know walking  – you kind of get to experience what those guys do also,” said Mulky.

Misty says this is her first time at a golfing event. She says now she knows what they go through.

“I’m learning a lot, realizing they walk a lot.”

But whether you sit or walk, all fans can agree that just being out there is an unforgettable experience.
