OKLAHOMA CITY -- A well known little league coach who dresses up as Santa Claus at a local school has been arrested.

Wiley Gene Davis Jr., 49 was nabbed by an undercover investigator he thought was a 15-year-old girl he met online. Davis posed as Santa for the past three years at Arbor Grove Elementary School.

He also coached the Putnam City little league baseball team called the Cardinals. Many were shocked to learn about the allegations.

"He's someone who would be considered a role model," said Jessica Brown with OSBI. "I'm not saying Mr. Davis did anything wrong when he played Santa however we do know that we was arrested for these other allegations."

Putnam City Schools administrators said during each visit Davis spent five hours in the library taking pictures and chatting with students. Officials say there were at least two adults with the children at all times.

At this point in the investigation, OSBI has not received calls from parents concerned their children may have been abused while in Davis' care.
