NEW YORK, N.Y.– A thrillseeker was arrested Sunday afternoon after police say he climbed a cable beam to the top of the Brooklyn Bridge to take pictures, according to PIX11.

Police say officers spotted 24-year-old Yaroslav Kolchin, a Russian tourist, climbing the beam connected to the tower on the Brooklyn side of the bridge.

Watch the video released by the NYPD.

It shows Kolchin walking back and forth taking pictures on his iPhone.

After a few quick pics, he climbed down safety and was arrested on the spot.

According to PIX11, Kolchin was charged with criminal trespass, reckless endangerment, obstruction of governmental administration and disorderly conduct.

This latest incident is raising eyebrows about security measures on the bridge.

This after two German artists climbed to the top of the tower recently and added white flags.
