Current Vice President Joe Biden and Mitt Romney’s VP choice, Congressman Paul Ryan, will faced off for the first time Thursday.

Republican Paul Ryan says the attack in Libya that killed U.S. Ambassador Chris Stephens shows the U.S. is projecting weakness abroad. Vice President Joe Biden responded that’s ‘a bunch of malarkey.’

Moderator Martha Raddatz hosted this debate in Danville, Kentucky.

After last week’s Presidential debate, one in which GOP contender Mitt Romney was declared the consensus winner, the pressure was on his running mate, Ryan, to keep up the GOP momentum that rose in the past week.
