After serious storms and tornadoes battered central Oklahoma Friday night, flooding is now a serious issue for the metro. DO NOT drive into standing water.
Saturday will be quieter — showers and storms will continue to push towards the southeast and skies will clear this afternoon and folks can begin to dry out. 5″-10″ of rain has fallen from this storm system around the metro.
May 2013 will now go down as the wettest May on record for OKC.See Saturday’s weather forecast here.
